Notes From Around the Net - UYMG M’sia!
We’ve been busy putting up photos, video and updates about UYMG Malaysia here on the SMCC blog - but others have been busy doing the same in other corners of the ‘net!
Check out the following links to see some of the different angles, views and experiences others are having about Unleash Your Marketing Genius Malaysia. Don’t forget to leave these fine folks a comment!
First up, Lan Zijun has REALLY outdone himself. And I mean “REALLY.” He’s got a TON of pics on his blog - of Stephen, of Mike Filsaime, Greg Cesar, the crowd outside the conference center, the crowd INSIDE the conference center, the stage, the lights, the fog from the fog machine, his hotel, the airport, and I’m pretty sure that the photo of Alicia in this post was taken while SHE was filming the first video in THIS post here. How’s that for continuity, eh? Talk about complete coverage. Let’s give this guy a hand, everyone! After looking at all of that, I feel like I’m there in Kuala Lumpur, instead of sitting here at my desk in my living room back in the States.
Fantastic.
Next up, we have This Guy! I don’t know his name because he doesn’t have it anywhere on the blog! But his UYMG entry has a shot of him with the lovely Alicia Pierce, as well as a shot of the lasers that are being used to great effect at the workshop. Thanks for the entry, and if anyone knows who this blog belongs to, leave me a comment and let me know the name!
And here we have Tanady! This entry shares some of Tanady’s observations of UYMG Day 1, and if you look elsewhere on his site, you’ll find posts containing his notes from the ALPHA Leadership training days, too. Don’t miss it. Thanks, Tanady! Keep up the good work!
Dave Wong has a short post telling us how his hotel hasn’t got wifi, but he made sure to get to a ‘net cafe just to post and let the Internet know he’s here. Thanks, Dave! Hope you post those pictures soon! And if any of you at UYMG see Dave today, make sure to tell him hi!
Click here to read Raymond’s two posts about UYMG Malaysia. Thanks, Raymond! Keep up the updates. We all want to hear your thoughts!
Check it out. Looks like Kian Ann has timed his return to blogging to coincide with UYMG!
Head on over here to James and Karen’s blog to read James’ thoughts on what he’s learning at UYMG. This is some in-depth stuff, don’t miss it!
Okay, I’m going to guess there’s enough there to keep you fine folks busy for a little while. Thanks to everyone that I’ve linked here, and if anyone has a blog I’ve missed, do link it in the comments so we can all check it out!
Cheers,
Annie

Thanks Annie for sharing these. I especially enjoyed James’ thoughts and Raymond’s posts.
The pics from thisisJusta.com made me laugh and feel like I was almost there.
Keep posting guys!
Thanks for sharing the information with us. There are some very interesting photos and comments to look at.
I really wish that I was there, but I am at work instead trying to forecast the weather. Hopefully I shall be able to get time off to attend the Sydney event.

Hey, Tanady.
You’re welcome!
But I notice I can’t leave comments on your blog - why is that? Or maybe I just couldn’t see the link to the comments box?
I wanted to ask what “nasi lemak” is.
Cheers,
Annie
